📦 How Shipping Works

Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

All orders are processed and go through a production/handling phase before shipping.

📍 Shipping Within the United States

  • Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Transit Time: 3 – 7 business days (Monday to Friday)

Please Note: Estimated delivery time does not include weekends, holidays, or production time.

🚚 Shipping Cost

We currently ship only within the United States.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $5 per order

No matter how many items you order, you’ll only pay one flat shipping fee.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow 1–2 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

📍 Delayed or Missing Packages

While we work with trusted carriers and aim to deliver within estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Carrier issues beyond our control

We will do our best to assist you with reshipments, carrier claims, or lost packages.

📦 Lost Packages: If tracking shows no delivery confirmation, we will issue a free reshipment.
📍 If tracking shows delivered, your case will be subject to carrier investigation before a refund or replacement is considered.

🌐 Customs, Taxes, and Duties (for International Orders)

We currently do not ship internationally, but for future reference:

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are the buyer’s responsibility

  • These fees vary by country and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges

  • Refusal to pay customs fees resulting in package return will not be eligible for refund
